Experience
With our 20 years of knowledge and experience, we use our customers' insights to understand the dreams behind their expectations. We visit the venue with our customers, take photos and take the measurements of the venue. If there is a project example requested by our customer, we create the concept based on the project example. If there is no project example, we create the carpet designs by choosing from special colors and patterns within the budgets determined according to the interior decoration together with our professional interior architects.
Application
We apply the carpet designs prepared on the real visuals of the venue and share the concepts with our customers. After the customer's final changes on the concepts are corrected, we start sample production. After the sample production is shared with our customer, final arrangements are made and approval is received, we move on to real production.
After Sales
After production, we coordinate the availability and cleaning stages of the place where the spreading will be made and we deliver our prepared special carpets to the place. Our project manager architect and our experienced application team start the carpet application according to the approved carpet project. After the application, we wait at least two days for the adhesive applied under the carpets to dry. If there are any errors that may occur due to expansion or shrinkage during drying, they are checked and corrected by our team and then we deliver the project to our customer.
